100ft in length makes between 10-14 jump ropes at standard length.

• Freestyle - 1/8" PVC coated steel cable. White only. (best suited for freestyle)
• Standard - 3/32" nylon coated steel cable. Black only. (standard speed cable)
• Speed - 1/16" non-coated "bare" steel cable (best for pure speed)
• Heavy Outdoor - 3.2mm nylon steel cable coated. Black only. (best for durability)
